Most personal items travel without issue — clothing, dry food, books, gifts and documents. Liquids, batteries, fresh food and anything flagged by the destination country need special handling or aren't allowed at all. Tell us the contents at the counter and we'll confirm before you pack.
Most parcels arrive in 6–15 days depending on the destination and carrier. Documents typically move faster, in 3–7 days. We'll give you a specific window when you book, based on where it's headed.
Every parcel gets a tracking code on its waybill at pickup. Use the Track Parcel link in the header to follow it — status updates as it moves through each handoff, right up to delivery confirmation.
We prepare the customs declaration for every shipment based on the contents and declared value you give us. Some countries apply an import duty on the receiving end — we'll let you know if that's likely for your destination before you ship.

Yes — every shipment is covered against loss or damage in transit, based on the value you declare when booking. Keep your waybill; it's what we'll ask for if you ever need to file a claim.
Rates are per kilogram and depend on the destination country. We weigh your parcel at the counter and quote the exact price before you commit — no surprise charges at pickup or delivery.
Yes — our bulk delivery service is built for shops and businesses shipping 20kg or more per order, with flat per-kilo rates and scheduled pickups if you ship regularly. See the Services page or contact us to set it up.
